Theme under Dev: Cadence

Here is a new theme I have been working on. That is all I have done so far and it is just PSD at the moment. Give me some comments on what I have so far!

Didn't realise you guys couldn't see it but it is because it hasn't been approved. Just waiting for someone to review it then I will announce and post a DL link from VP as well.
