I have been trying to modify my SMF forum. I cannot find the CSS or headers and footers to add codes to. Can someone please draw me a map, LOL. Thank you for any help.

CSS is in the css folder of the theme you are currently using.

The header and footer are in the index.template.php and are in functions respectively.
