script not working for me

i downloaded a script i wanted to install it on my server but its not seem to work well , when its never counts the points
u will not understand what i mean untill u take a look at the script.

I know and i checked it out but i do not want to shell out my email and name to get a download link.

You probably need to change the config/ setting file.
