Well, I think I've finally learned enough to build a website lol. I know about the Cms part, and Ftp. But im still learning server side like Apachi. Basically, I really want to get a website started for my portfolio. So far, ive only been hearing about websites that only allows me use someone else's templates or layout. I want to start something that allows me to make my own framework/layout. Anyone mind helping me with this situation?

Those are very nice Mlm. I would love to use them, but I want to learn how to create them from the beginning rather then looking from the psd. Especially on Number 1.

This is a test of the style im currently working on. I had to find a nice font to match it, and get a render to meld down into the background. I used a checker texture, and pencil tooled some designs on it for more appeal. My main goal is to get the rectangle animated with a matching Gif, so a friend is heling me with that. Hows it look?

I made this last night. I personally love it, and consider it one of my best works.

I changed partial of the Css, and the images. Wasn't allowed to change the complete layout because the forum has no major developer. But before I realized that, I made changes myself. I will show what that looks like after I open the index.
