Vertex: Some layout bugs/inconsistencies

I installed the Vertex theme with no changes but I am running into some bugs. I attached some images of each scenario.

1st image: index good
2nd image: board name fix
3rd image: topic name fix

How do I fix it?

Sorry, I missed your thread.

2: I don't see anything wrong with the board name index with my installation. Perhaps you have some mods installed?
3: Remove `margin: 0 0 2px 0;` from `#forumposts .cat_bar`
